Welcome to JMP Build Ltd. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
JMP Build Ltd provides construction, renovation, decoration, and property maintenance services across London. All work is carried out by qualified professionals and is fully insured. The scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of any project.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless specified. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately and must be agreed upon before commencement.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. For larger projects, stage payments may be required. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may incur a cancellation fee. If materials have already been purchased, the client will be responsible for these costs.
We guarantee our workmanship for a period as specified in your project agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
JMP Build Ltd maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. We take reasonable care to protect your property during works. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing defects or issues discovered during the course of work. Any concerns should be raised immediately.
